Apple Watch Series 5 Now Available for Order in 41 Countries and Regions
Always-On Display and Built-In Compass Headline Features of New Model
Apple today announced that Apple Watch Series 5 GPS is available to order in 41 countries and regions, and Apple Watch Series 5 GPS Cellular is available in 22 countries and regions. The new models feature an always-on display, a built-in compass, and a new S5 chip that is up to 2x faster than the S3 chip in Apple Watch Series 3. Apple Watch Series 5 also includes watchOS 6, which brings new features like the Cycle Tracking app, the Noise app, and the App Store on the wrist.
Pricing and Availability
Apple Watch Series 5 GPS starts at $399 (US), and Apple Watch Series 5 GPS Cellular starts at $499 (US). Both models are available to order today from Apple.com and the Apple Store app. They will be available in stores beginning Friday, September 20th.
